SAP Cutover Lead (S/4HANA) - Contract

About the role

A leading organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Lead to support a major SAP transformation program. The role covers end-to-end cutover planning, governance, deployment readiness and go-live coordination across SAP S/4HANA and connected business applications. It is a 6-9 month onsite contract starting as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the end-to-end SAP Cutover Strategy
• Establish cutover governance, milestones, readiness controls and production entry criteria
• Translate program delivery plans into integrated deployment schedules
• Manage environment planning and lifecycle management activities
• Coordinate dependencies across SAP and non-SAP systems
• Lead go-live readiness assessments and deployment activities
• Support testing, deployment, hypercare and stabilization
• Collaborate with business, technical and program stakeholders

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in SAP program or project management
• Proven experience leading SAP cutover and go-live activities
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs

Required skills

• Strong SAP S/4HANA transformation experience
• Deployment planning, migration activities and environment management
• Stakeholder management and governance
