SAP Cutover Lead (SIT Phase)

About the role

Organization Edge Corporation is seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Lead to join during the System Integration Testing (SIT) phase of a large-scale SAP implementation. Working within the Governance stream, the Cutover Lead drives end-to-end cutover management and deployment governance, orchestrating the transition of business processes and technical systems from build and testing into live production. The position is full time, morning shift, based in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Cutover strategy and scheduling: formulate and maintain an end-to-end cutover strategy integrating SAP S/4HANA with peripheral and satellite applications, and turn program roadmaps into hour-by-hour deployment schedules.
• Governance and control gates: set up cutover governance frameworks, milestone tracking, readiness assessments and strict go-live criteria.
• Environment and lifecycle planning: direct system environment readiness, landscape management and environment refresh cycles across design, build, SIT, UAT, mock cutovers and deployment.
• Dependency and risk management: identify, track and manage cross-functional technical and business dependencies to avoid disruption.
• Go-live readiness: lead dry runs, mock cutovers, hypercare planning and final go-live decisions with executive stakeholders.
• Cross-functional leadership: work with technical leads, functional experts, basis/infrastructure teams and business leadership.
• Documentation and compliance: oversee deployment playbooks, test scripts, rollback plans and cutover reports.

Required profile

• Intermediate career level with about 2 years of experience.
• Ability to collaborate across technical, functional and business teams and resolve issues quickly.
