SAP EAM (S/4HANA) Functional Consultant / Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP EAM Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Enterprise Asset Management solutions on S/4HANA. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful end‑to‑end implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstream activities for SAP EAM implementation on S/4HANA.
• Conduct business process workshops and capture functional and technical requirements.
• Design SAP EAM solutions aligned with best practices and business goals.
• Configure and deploy EAM modules such as PTW, WCM, RSH, FSM, and SSAM.
• Utilize SAP Fiori applications for EAM processes.
• Prepare Functional Design Specifications and support Technical Design Specifications.
• Coordinate data migration, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), and defect resolution.
• Ensure integration with SAP FICO, MM, CS, QM, PS, ISU and other modules.
• Support cut‑over planning, production deployment, hyper‑care, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Create end‑user documentation, training materials, and SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 8–15 years of SAP EAM/PM consulting experience.
• Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA EAM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP EAM business processes and configuration.
• Experience with SAP Best Practices, Fit‑to‑Standard, and functional specification preparation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
