SAP Project Manager – Implementation & Transformation

About the role

The SAP Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP implementation and transformation initiatives for our client base in the UAE. This position ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end SAP implementation and transformation projects across multiple workstreams.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinating business and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SAP project methodologies, governance, risk management, and budget constraints.
• Provide clear communication and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report status to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle SAP implementation and transformation projects.
• Strong background delivering SAP projects across several workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Solid understanding of SAP project methodologies and governance frameworks.
