SAP Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to lead and support the design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP solutions across finance, logistics, asset management, HR and more. You will work closely with client stakeholders, programme managers and technical teams to deliver mission‑critical SAP projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP implementation and support projects, gathering and translating complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure, test and deploy SAP modules in line with SAP standards, regulatory frameworks and data‑security requirements.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions and user acceptance testing, ensuring solution adoption and data integrity.
• Mentor junior consultants and client‑side SAP teams while contributing to solution architecture and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years proven experience delivering SAP solutions in highly regulated environments.
• Deep functional expertise in at least three SAP modules (e.g., Finance & Controlling, Logistics, Plant Maintenance, HR).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior/executive level.
• Relevant SAP certification(s) desirable.

• SAP S/4HANA (on‑premise or private cloud)
• SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud
• SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite
• SAP Fiori user experience design
• Functional knowledge of modules such as FI, CO, MM, WM/EWM, PM, HCM, SuccessFactors, etc.
