SAP Solutions Consultant

About the role

An experienced SAP Consultant is sought to lead and support the design, implementation and optimisation of SAP solutions. The role requires deep functional and/or technical expertise across SAP modules relevant to operations such as logistics, asset management, procurement, finance and human resources, working closely with client stakeholders, programme managers and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects
• Gather and translate complex business requirements into SAP functional and technical specifications
• Configure, test and deploy SAP modules in line with SAP standards and regulatory frameworks
• Liaise with stakeholders to manage expectations and drive solution adoption
• Conduct workshops, training sessions and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Ensure data integrity, security compliance and audit readiness across SAP environments
• Contribute to solution architecture design and continuous improvement
• Mentor junior consultants and client-side SAP teams

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience delivering SAP solutions in highly regulated environments
• Deep functional expertise in at least three of the listed SAP modules
• Understanding of procurement frameworks
• SAP certification in one or more modules (desirable)
• Desirable: knowledge of ITIL, PRINCE2 or Agile; experience with SAP RISE or private cloud; background in logistics, engineering or programme management
