SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant in the UAE to support a major HR transformation programme. The role provides functional expertise across SuccessFactors configuration, HR process transformation and stakeholder engagement, covering the full lifecycle from requirements and design through testing, migration, go‑live and stabilization.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions, process assessments and fit‑to‑standard workshops.
• Translate HR requirements into practical SAP SuccessFactors solutions and configure assigned modules.
• Review implementation‑partner designs, challenge configurations and ensure alignment with SAP standards.
• Collaborate with HR leadership, payroll, IT and other stakeholders to resolve process, system and integration issues.
• Support data migration, validation, reconciliation and HR master‑data activities.
• Assist with system integration testing, UAT, defect resolution and release readiness.
• Contribute to role‑based permissions, workflows, approvals, privacy and access‑control requirements.
• Support integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, payroll platforms and other HR systems.
• Produce functional documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors experience, including at least one end‑to‑end implementation.
• Strong experience with Employee Central and at least one additional module (Talent, Time, Payroll integration, etc.).
• Practical experience with configuration, workflows, role‑based permissions, testing, defect resolution and data migration.
• Deep understanding of HR master data, organizational structures and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience handling sensitive employee information and HR security/privacy requirements.
• UAE/GCC HR or payroll experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field preferred.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification highly desirable; additional certifications a plus.
