SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Manager

About the role

The SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Manager will lead the management, development and maintenance of Azizi Developments' SuccessFactors platform, ensuring it meets HR and organisational needs while maintaining data integrity and security.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, LMS, Performance & Goals, Onboarding, Recruiting) ensuring system accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead system upgrades, implementations, enhancements and integrations with payroll, time‑keeping, Smart Recruiters and other platforms.
• Serve as primary point of contact for queries, issues and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and implementation partners to define requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
• Monitor data integrity, generate HR reports and dashboards, and ensure compliance with privacy and security policies.

Required profile

• Hands‑on functional experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central.
• Proven experience in SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, testing and production support.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle, workflows, business rules and role‑based permissions.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

• Smart Recruiters (knowledge or experience)
• SAP Integration Suite / CPI and SuccessFactors integration tools
• SuccessFactors certification in relevant modules
