Scaffolding Foreman – EPC Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Foreman to lead and supervise all scaffolding activities on major EPC Oil & Gas projects. The role ensures safe erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolds while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities.
• Ensure scaffolds, access platforms, ladders and temporary structures are installed according to approved drawings, load ratings and project specifications.
• Lead and supervise scaffolders, helpers, riggers and subcontractor personnel, allocating work and monitoring productivity.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct Job Safety Analyses, risk assessments and inspect scaffolds before use.
• Manage availability, storage and maintenance of scaffolding materials, tools and accessories.
• Liaise with engineers, construction supervisors, safety personnel and other trades to support project requirements.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in scaffolding supervision within Oil & Gas, EPC or large‑scale construction projects.
• Diploma in a relevant technical field.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, standards, design principles and safe erection practices.
• Ability to read and interpret scaffold drawings, load calculations and layout plans.
• Proven leadership, planning, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
