School Bus Attendant – Student Safety on Dubai Routes

About the role

Poja School is seeking a dedicated School Bus Attendant to ensure the safety and well‑being of students during daily transportation in Al Nahda, Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with the bus driver and school staff to provide a secure and supportive environment for children on each journey.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor students while boarding, traveling, and alighting from the bus.
• Enforce school safety procedures and maintain order on the vehicle.
• Assist the bus driver with loading and unloading students, especially those with special needs.
• Communicate any incidents or concerns to school administration promptly.
• Maintain a clean and orderly bus environment.

Required profile

• Prior experience working with children is preferred.
• Responsible, attentive, and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to follow established safety protocols.
• Willingness to collaborate effectively with the driver and school staff.
