School Registrar – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a Registrar to manage enrolments and registration for its academies in Abu Dhabi. The role works closely with senior leadership, the admissions team and the UAE education authority (ADEK) to ensure smooth, compliant student intake processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all enrolment and registration activities, maintaining accurate daily data on applications, enrolments and withdrawals.
• Manage the eSIS student information system, handling registrations, transfers, withdrawals and pre‑transition processes.
• Communicate with parents about registration procedures, curriculum, fees and ADEK regulations, ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Maintain waiting‑list communications, develop strategies for new enrolments and student retention, and produce weekly/monthly enrolment reports.
• Represent Aldar Academies at networking and enrolment events, and build partnerships with feeder nurseries and schools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a registrar or admissions role within the education sector.
• Strong experience with eSIS/student affairs and data management.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Professionalism, high regard for child welfare and a solution‑focused attitude.
