Screen Assembler (Mechanical/Electrical/Hydraulic)

About the role

Join a team responsible for assembling screens and related components. The role involves rotating through various tasks in the assembly process, requiring mechanical aptitude and hands‑on work with basic hand and power tools.

Key responsibilities

• Handle material, operate automatic shot blasting, powder coating, heat pressing, and packaging.
• Read and interpret assembly prints and schematics to ensure quality.
• Perform visual inspections and verify components against drawings.
• Operate machinery such as overhead cranes, hand trucks, grinders, and drills after training.
• Troubleshoot, rework, repair, or replace damaged parts as directed.
• Package finished products for shipment and maintain clean work areas.

Required profile

• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Problem‑solving attitude and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude, ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of mechanical or hydraulics experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in screen manufacturing, mechanical assembly, powder coating, heat presses, material handling, and automatic sandblasting.

Required skills

• Use of basic hand tools and power tools (grinder, drill).
• Operation of overhead cranes, hand trucks, and pneumatic/hydraulic equipment.
• Reading and interpreting assembly prints and schematics.
• Material handling, shot blasting, powder coating, heat pressing.
