Scrum Master – Generative AI

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master with 8‑12+ years of experience in leading agile teams and driving high‑performance delivery. The role focuses on coaching, facilitating, and enabling cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful technology solutions. While exposure to Generative AI projects is a plus, the primary responsibility is to ensure agile excellence, continuous improvement, and team success.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to agile principles.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and improve prioritisation.
• Remove impediments quickly, escalating when needed to keep delivery on track.
• Track and report agile metrics (velocity, predictability, quality) to drive improvements.
• Coach team members and stakeholders in an agile mindset and practices.
• (Preferred) Support GenAI/AI/ML project teams by aligning sprint planning with data readiness, model training, or infrastructure challenges.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years of IT/software delivery experience with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and proven success in scaling them.
• Excellent facilitation, servant‑leadership, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Hands‑on experience with agile tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (required); Master’s degree preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM II/III and at least one additional Agile/Scaled‑Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, PMI‑ACP, ICAgile).
