Sea Logistics Sales Representative (Dubai)

About the role

As a member of Kuehne+Nagel's Freight Forwarding team, you will drive sea‑logistics sales in Dubai, focusing on small‑ and medium‑size enterprises. You will act as a reliable partner for customers, ensuring commercial success while delivering a wide range of goods worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities with SME customers and close sales deals.
• Prepare and submit quotations using online tools, aligning pricing with Customer Care Managers.
• Deliver presentations on Kuehne+Nagel’s sea‑logistics products and services.
• Monitor market competition, gather pricing and product information, and report customer complaints.
• Collaborate with the Customer Care Team for onboarding, handover documentation, and portfolio reviews.
• Maintain and update customer data in CoreLOG and perform related CRM activities.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of successful field‑sales experience in forwarding or logistics.
• Strong negotiating and closing skills, with a reliable and trustworthy demeanor.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Very good computer skills, especially MS Office.
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel as required.
