Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

About the role

Kayana is seeking a results‑driven SEO Specialist to boost its digital presence across international markets, increase organic visibility, and generate qualified leads for its SaaS, fintech and payments solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, conduct keyword and competitor research, and optimise for markets including the UK, UAE, USA, Europe and Australia.
• Perform technical SEO audits, resolve indexing and performance issues, and work with developers to improve site architecture, Core Web Vitals and mobile usability.
• Create SEO‑focused content strategies for landing pages, blogs and product pages, collaborating with marketing, sales and product teams.
• Implement ethical link‑building and digital PR campaigns to enhance domain authority and online credibility.
• Monitor traffic, rankings and conversions using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and other tools, and produce performance dashboards.
• Work cross‑functionally to align SEO initiatives with commercial goals and optimise conversion pathways.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech or B2B technology.
• Proven track record of improving organic rankings, traffic and lead generation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
