About the role
Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly and professional hostess for a six‑month seasonal contract at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner and maintain an attractive restaurant entrance.
- Check tables for cleanliness and proper setup before guests are seated.
- Provide accurate information on restaurant and hotel services, handling reservations and telephone inquiries.
- Collect guest feedback, address issues promptly, and communicate any problems to outlet managers.
- Assist with cashier duties, closing tables, and support service staff when needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar hostess or front‑of‑house role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication skills, team player attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
