Secondary Inclusion Teacher (Start August)

About the role

GEMS Metropole School Al Waha in Dubai is seeking a Secondary Inclusion Teacher to join the team from August 2026. The successful candidate will support an inclusive learning environment, helping students with diverse needs achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver inclusive lessons for secondary students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to adapt curriculum and share best practices.
• Engage actively in extra‑curricular and community‑based programmes.
• Maintain strong communication with parents and support staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification related to inclusion.
• Proven experience teaching inclusion at secondary level.
• Growth mindset, reflective and solution‑focused approach.
• Creative and enthusiastic teaching style.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork and parent interaction.
• Track record of delivering outstanding learning outcomes.
