About the role

Eva Real Estate is expanding its secondary sales teams after a recent merger. As a Secondary Market Property Consultant you will join an active pipeline, focusing on closing deals in Dubai’s secondary property market while leveraging international buyer networks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert warm leads from international buyers for secondary market properties.
• Utilise the company’s extensive Dubai secondary market data to prioritize prospects.
• Collaborate with sales managers and directors for weekly mentorship and support.
• Participate in developer‑backed marketing initiatives and live projects across Europe and Southeast Asia.
• Travel with deals as required, ensuring seamless client experiences.

Required profile

• Proven track record of closing secondary market property sales in Dubai.
• Currently based in Dubai and able to work full‑time from Dubai Hills.
• Comfortable engaging a multicultural client base speaking many languages.
• Desire to work in a high‑performance, commission‑driven environment.
