Secondary Sales Manager

About the role

Provident Real Estate is one of Dubai's most successful brokerage firms, operating for nearly two decades. They are seeking a Secondary Sales Manager to lead their secondary market team, offering a chance to coach, mentor and add the prestigious Provident brand to your CV.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of secondary market sales consultants, setting targets and driving performance.
• Negotiate offers and guide deals through to successful closing, complying with RERA/DLD regulations.
• Track market trends, pricing, and inventory to provide data‑backed guidance to clients and the team.
• Collaborate with marketing on listing exposure and lead generation.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers to generate repeat and referral business.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in Dubai secondary real estate sales.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a sales team (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai secondary market and transaction landscape.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Commercially driven, highly organised, and results‑oriented.
• Candidates currently in a leadership role are preferred.
