SECOPS Analyst

About the role

As a SECOPS Analyst you will join Keolis’ cybersecurity team in Dubai, providing 24/7 monitoring and protection for IT and rail operational technology environments. You will work on real‑time threat detection, incident response and maintenance coordination to ensure operational continuity and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor alerts from security tools such as SIEM, IDS and endpoint protection platforms.
• Investigate, triage and respond to potential threats in real time.
• Act as the first‑line responder for cybersecurity incidents and escalate high‑priority events.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance tasks related to cybersecurity.
• Participate in audits, vulnerability assessments and cybersecurity drills.
• Maintain accurate documentation for incident handling and maintenance follow‑up.
• Collaborate with internal departments and junior analysts to resolve security concerns.
• Contribute to the execution of the Cyber Security Management Plan and continuous improvement of the cyber‑defence posture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field (Master’s degree desirable).
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in security operations, preferably in IT/OT environments.
• Experience managing or coordinating cybersecurity teams.
• One or more recognized information‑security certifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SIEM platforms.
• Knowledge of IDS and endpoint protection solutions.
• Incident response and threat‑detection capabilities.
• Vulnerability assessment techniques.
