Security & Compliance Specialist

About the role

The Security & Compliance Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai. You will design, implement and maintain security and compliance frameworks that protect the company’s assets, data and operations across real‑estate and venture‑capital business units.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain security and compliance frameworks aligned with regional and international regulations.
• Monitor security systems, perform risk assessments and manage incident response.
• Develop and update security policies, coordinate physical and information security controls.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to foster a culture of compliance.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions, prepare audit documentation and support continuous improvement of security posture.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in cybersecurity and information security, including risk management and incident response.
• Experience with network security technologies such as firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Knowledge of physical security practices, including access control and surveillance systems.
• Excellent communication skills for policy documentation, stakeholder coordination and reporting.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, data‑protection laws).
• Previous experience in security or compliance roles within real‑estate, financial services or diversified holding companies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) preferred.
