Security Officer (Female)

About the role

The Security Officer ensures the highest level of safety and protection across the hotel premises. Reporting to the Safety & Security Manager, the role requires constant vigilance, strict adherence to policies, and a professional approach to guest and staff security.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce all Accor and hotel security policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Protect guests, employees, and their belongings at all times.
• Command hotel security during assigned duty hours with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and hand over lost‑and‑found items using the Security Management System.
• Secure hotel property, staff, and clientele in line with the security manual.
• Document all incidents, complaints, and actions in the hotel logbook for follow‑up.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years proven experience as a security officer.
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for public safety and area security.
• Familiarity with writing clear, concise reports.
• Training in First Aid/BLS and self‑defence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with surveillance systems and monitoring equipment.
• Strong observation and surveillance abilities.
• First Aid/BLS certification.
• Self‑defence techniques.
