About the role

The Security Supervisor will oversee daily security operations for Emaar Hospitality Group in the United Arab Emirates, ensuring a safe environment for guests and assets. This full‑time position supervises outsourced security staff, manages incidents, and coordinates risk assessments during each shift.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily security activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Oversee outsourced security personnel on duty, verifying timely and efficient task completion.
Prioritise, organise, and delegate work assignments, investigations and inspections.
Conduct incident management, investigations and reporting.
Perform operational threat and risk assessments.
Monitor service provider efficiency and adherence to procedures.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years experience in the security industry or as a security guard, with UAE experience.
At least 2 months documented formal security training, or 5 years in a comparable role (including military or law‑enforcement background).
Completion of secondary education (12 years) with certificate.
