About the role
The Security Supervisor will oversee daily security operations for Emaar Hospitality Group in the United Arab Emirates, ensuring a safe environment for guests and assets. This full‑time position supervises outsourced security staff, manages incidents, and coordinates risk assessments during each shift.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily security activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee outsourced security personnel on duty, verifying timely and efficient task completion.
- Prioritise, organise, and delegate work assignments, investigations and inspections.
- Conduct incident management, investigations and reporting.
- Perform operational threat and risk assessments.
- Monitor service provider efficiency and adherence to procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in the security industry or as a security guard, with UAE experience.
- At least 2 months documented formal security training, or 5 years in a comparable role (including military or law‑enforcement background).
- Completion of secondary education (12 years) with certificate.
