Security Supervisor

About the role

Mama Shelter Dubai is looking for a Security Supervisor to lead its security team, protect guests and colleagues and keep the hotel a safe place to work, play and enjoy itself. The role covers team leadership, patrols, CCTV monitoring, incident investigation and liaison with authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the security team, assign roles and run shift briefings and debriefings
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV, access control, alarms and other security systems
• Respond calmly to incidents, emergencies, alarms and unexpected situations
• Inspect the premises regularly and enforce access control to protect guests, staff, property and restricted areas
• Support investigations into theft, damage and unauthorized access, and ensure incidents are documented and reported
• Support emergency drills, fire evacuations and crisis management procedures
• Work with all departments on daily operations and events, and liaise with SIRA, police and emergency services
• Keep radios, CCTV, alarms, access control and other equipment maintained and working
• Keep accurate security logs and write clear reports for management
