Security Team Leader – Luxury Hotel (Female Preferred)

About the role

The Security Team Leader (Female preferred) supervises daily security operations and leads Security Officers to protect guests, staff, visitors, contractors, assets and property. The role demands a professional, guest‑focused approach while complying with hotel policies, UAE regulations, emergency procedures and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate Security Officers during assigned shifts.
• Conduct daily security briefings, shift handovers and post assignments.
• Monitor entrances, exits, public areas, back‑of‑house zones, parking and other designated locations.
• Perform regular patrols, identify risks and respond to suspicious activity via CCTV and access‑control systems.
• Control hotel keys, access cards, staff and contractor passes.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, accidents, disturbances and security threats.
• Investigate incidents and prepare accurate reports.
• Coordinate with police, civil defence, ambulance services and other authorities as needed.
• Monitor performance, attendance, grooming and discipline of Security Officers and provide coaching.
• Maintain security equipment, radios, CCTV systems and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of security experience, preferably in a 4‑ or 5‑star luxury hotel or resort.
• Previous supervisory role such as Security Team Leader or Security Supervisor.
• Valid SIRA/security license for UAE positions where applicable.
• Good knowledge of hotel security operations, fire and life‑safety procedures.
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and overnight duties.
