Security Team Leader – Luxury Resort

About the role

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is seeking a Security Team Leader to oversee the safety and security of its luxury resort guests, staff and visitors. The role combines operational leadership with a strong focus on delivering discreet, high‑quality service to VIP and regular guests in a 5‑star hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations, including shift briefings, patrol schedules and coverage for special events and VIP movements.
• Maintain a visible, professional presence to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests, colleagues and visitors.
• Act as the primary contact for security‑related enquiries, applying hotel security procedures and emergency protocols.
• Manage incidents, guest concerns and emergency situations calmly, ensuring accurate reporting and appropriate follow‑up.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a security role within a 5‑star hotel or luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to balance safety and guest experience.
• Team player with professional demeanor and discretion.
