Senior Account Manager – Business Intelligence

About the role

Dow Jones is seeking a Senior Account Manager to grow its Business Intelligence solutions in the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will manage strategic accounts and drive new business revenue for the Risk & Compliance portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the existing portfolio of key Business Intelligence clients, focusing on the top eight banks in the UAE, to ensure retention and increase contract value.
• Identify, qualify, develop and close new complex business across the full Risk & Compliance product suite.
• Analyze customer business and sales issues to match appropriate Risk & Compliance solutions.
• Contribute thought leadership on brand positioning, value proposition and product roadmap.
• Collaborate with senior management and marketing to align events, PR and communications with sales objectives.

Required profile

• 7+ years selling to financial institutions and government entities, with a proven track record with the top eight UAE banks.
• Extensive knowledge of regional compliance regulations and Risk & Compliance solutions.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Degree‑level education.
• Experience selling complex information or compliance tools to C‑level decision makers.
