Senior Account Manager – Fine Fragrance

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead our fine fragrance portfolio across the Middle East from our Dubai hub. The role combines strategic sales, client relationship management and product development to drive growth for world‑renowned brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and nurture relationships with key fine‑fragrance accounts in the region, ensuring customer satisfaction and long‑term partnership.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop tailored fragrance proposals and achieve annual revenue and margin targets.
• Prospect and acquire high‑potential customers to expand market presence.
• Maintain deep knowledge of company offerings, pricing structures and policies to craft competitive sales proposals.
• Forecast, monitor and analyse sales performance, managing the pipeline to align with business objectives.
• Provide market and product insights to support development and competitive positioning.
• Manage fragrance projects from brief through development, pricing and commercialization, collaborating with perfumers, evaluation, marketing and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, distribution or account management within an international environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, analytical and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English.
