Senior Account Manager

About the role

Boopin is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead social media accounts for its global clients. The role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of campaigns, acting as the primary client contact, and ensuring delivery meets quality, timing and performance expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage end‑to‑end social media campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through regular communication, reporting and strategic advice.
• Develop content calendars, write captions and prepare detailed campaign briefs.
• Lead internal and client‑facing meetings, including brainstorming sessions, status calls and presentations.
• Coordinate with content, creative and media teams to guarantee high‑quality, on‑time deliverables.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and provide actionable insights.
• Offer strategic recommendations on growth tactics, platform innovations and KPI alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media, with at least 2 years in a client‑facing account management role.
• Proven ability to manage several accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management and analytics platforms such as Emplifi or Sprinklr.
