Senior Account Manager

About the role

Computer & Power Technology is looking for a Senior Account Manager in Abu Dhabi. The role manages a portfolio of accounts and promotes the company's products and services through clear account management strategies and partnerships with existing and potential customers, while working to optimise sales volumes and champion marketing programmes alongside the Territory Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and implement account strategies and roadmaps for the assigned portfolio in line with management
• Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and targets aligned with business objectives
• Lead vendor relations and build relationships with new and existing channels and clients to expand sales
• Maintain a customer database, analyse data and develop metrics on loyalty and new opportunities
• Specify market requirements through market research and ongoing visits to customers
• Oversee the sales cycle from quotation to collection, assess credit and payment performance and audit outstanding settlements
• Ensure proper inventory storage, tracking and control through an accurate stock management system
• Generate long-term revenue and profitability for the portfolio, and support channel partners and their queries
• Monitor and recommend improvements to marketing programmes and business processes
• Use the Salesforce CRM for lead, opportunity and deal management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience managing enterprise and/or government accounts in Abu Dhabi
• Proven track record driving business across infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity solutions
• Well-established network and client relationships in the Abu Dhabi market
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional presence
