Senior Accountant

About the role

Bestax Chartered Accountants is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Dubai office. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality bookkeeping, VAT filings, corporate tax returns and financial reporting for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit VAT filings and corporate tax returns for local and international clients.
• Provide strategic tax planning and cross‑border tax advice.
• Liaise with tax authorities, manage audits and resolve tax inquiries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and produce financial statements and reports.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver integrated client solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 4‑5 years of experience in accounting and tax, with strong VAT and corporate tax exposure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
