Senior Accountant

About the role

The Senior Accountant will support and manage key accounting and financial activities for a leading private investment firm with international operations. This role involves financial reporting, reconciliations, treasury functions, audit support, and month‑end and year‑end closing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision‑making.
• Handle treasury activities, cash‑flow monitoring, fund transfers and high‑volume transaction reconciliations.
• Assist with internal and external audit preparation and maintain internal controls.
• Contribute to financial systems implementation, process automation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, treasury and audit support.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
