Senior AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise‑grade AI solutions in a large‑scale business environment. The role combines deep AI expertise with strong software engineering skills to deliver robust, secure, and scalable products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI‑powered applications using LLM frameworks and OpenAI technologies.
• Build and optimise Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that leverage structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Develop scalable backend services with Java Spring Boot and Python, and expose them via APIs and microservices.
• Integrate OpenAI SDKs, Langfuse observability, and Microsoft Graph API into enterprise applications.
• Design data models in PostgreSQL and create front‑end/mobile experiences with React Native.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, security teams and business stakeholders to define AI use cases and ensure compliance with scalability, security, governance and reliability standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise‑scale applications.
• Proven track record of large‑scale, multi‑integration projects with high‑volume workloads.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
