Senior AI Software Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to lead the creation and evaluation of datasets that train and benchmark large language models. The role is fully remote and involves close collaboration with research teams to improve AI‑generated code across multiple programming languages.

Key responsibilities

• Curate and build code examples in Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
• Evaluate, refine, and verify AI‑generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Design and implement agents that automatically assess code quality and detect error patterns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance enterprise‑level AI coding solutions.
• Formulate hypotheses on software‑engineering workflow steps and evaluate model performance against them.

Required profile

• Several years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years at a top‑tier product company.
• Proven ability to build full‑stack applications.
• Strong analytical skills to design verification mechanisms for software tasks.
