Senior AI/ML Architect – Generative & Agentic AI (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a senior AI/ML architect to lead the design and delivery of generative and agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients. The role is remote but candidates must be based in the UAE (or KSA) and will work on high‑impact AI initiatives across the Gulf region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic AI applications using LLM frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
• Architect multi‑agent systems for enterprise‑grade solutions and integrate them with APIs, databases, internal tools, and external SaaS products.
• Optimize performance, context retention, tool usage, and cost efficiency of AI agents.
• Build reusable pipelines and modules to support GenAI use cases at scale.
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance standards in all deployments.
• Collaborate directly with clients and senior stakeholders, and mentor a cross‑functional global team.

Required profile

• 15+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience building LLM‑based, agentic AI applications (beyond simple chatbots).
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑grade AI systems.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
