Senior Analyst Associate Manager – Marketing Analytics

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst Associate Manager to join its data‑driven Marketing team. You will help design, test and optimise marketing programmes that increase the lifetime value of Agoda customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad‑campaign structures, bidding and pricing strategies on platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Develop predictive models to measure the impact of large‑scale TV campaigns, pricing changes and other marketing levers.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track campaign performance, derive insights and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and data‑science teams to implement model‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business or science).
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Required skills

• Data analysis and statistical modelling.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and performance metrics.
• Ability to build visual dashboards and present findings clearly.
