Senior Analyst – Capital Development & Equity

About the role

The Senior Analyst will support the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities in Dubai. You will conduct financial and commercial analysis, build models, perform due diligence, and present recommendations to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial and commercial due diligence on potential investments.
• Build and maintain financial models with scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and decks for senior stakeholders.
• Evaluate risks and provide regular reporting and insights.
• Support transaction structuring and commercial negotiations with partners.
• Coordinate with consultants, advisors, and business partners throughout the assessment process.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• Experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, valuations, transaction advisory, investment banking or private equity.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
