Senior Analyst - Corporate Finance Oil & Gas

About the role

Houlihan Lokey is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Corporate Finance team in Dubai, focusing on the oil and gas sector. You will support the Energy Group’s regional initiatives, working on high‑profile transactions across the Middle East and APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital‑raising transactions for oil and gas clients.
• Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction documentation.
• Conduct industry and market research to support deal origination and client advisory.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and cross‑functional teams to deliver comprehensive advisory solutions.
• Maintain client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4‑6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or energy‑focused advisory.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
