Senior Analyst – Corporate HSE & Security (UAE National)

About the role

As a Sr. Analyst/Corporate HSE & Security, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our building management systems. You will supervise daily BMS operations, lead a team of operators, and ensure prompt response to alarms and service requests while overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily BMS operations, including monitoring, controlling, and adjusting system parameters.
• Lead and coordinate a team of BMS Operators & Senior Operators.
• Ensure timely response to alarms, faults, and service requests.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for BMS equipment and associated systems (HVAC, lighting, access control, etc.).
• Liaise with electrical, mechanical, IT and other departments for integrated system performance.
• Assist in system upgrades, expansions, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and training to BMS staff.
• Support the BMS Manager in preparing reports, budgets, and improvement proposals.
• Supervise operations and maintenance of computerized building control systems to ensure safety and security of staff, customers and premises.
• Maintain building management, security and safety/access control systems in adherence to corporate policies.
• Interface with engineering sections and Head Office HSE for normal operation and performance restoration during abnormalities.
• Control entry access to buildings, premises and sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of BMS equipment, including HVAC, lighting, and access control systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
• Proficiency in using BMS software and monitoring tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to continue learning and stay updated with industry advancements.
