About the role
Agoda’s Performance Marketing team is seeking a Senior Analyst to drive pricing optimization across campaigns. You will experiment with pricing strategies, build predictive models, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run experiments on pricing strategies for different traffic segments, adapting to new product features.
- Analyze large datasets, develop predictive models (e.g., demand elasticity) and collaborate with product teams on implementation.
- Create dashboards, track performance, derive insights and present recommendations to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, or science.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations within a fast‑growing global environment.
