Senior Application/System Sales Engineer – UAE Nationals Only

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Application/System Sales Engineer to design and sell integrated security solutions across the UAE and GCC region. The role combines pre‑sales engineering, customer engagement and technical leadership, reporting to the META Field Service Manager and working closely with Honeywell and LenelS2 product portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for LenelS2 and Honeywell security portfolios, designing end‑to‑end access control, video management, intrusion detection and integrated security architectures.
• Support sales teams in opportunity qualification, bid strategy, RFP responses, technical presentations, demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Conduct site surveys, technical discovery sessions and requirement analysis, and maintain relationships with consultants, system integrators and end‑users.
• Provide post‑sales technical support, review system designs, BOMs and ensure smooth transition from sales to project delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers, deliver training workshops and stay current on product road‑maps, cybersecurity requirements and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science or related engineering field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Fresh graduate up to one year of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of electronic security systems (ACS, VMS, intrusion, integration platforms), cloud/virtualisation and IP networking.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with a customer‑service orientation.
