Senior Architect – Buildings Experience

About the role

Lead and coordinate all architectural design and engineering activities during the construction stage, serving as the primary liaison between the site supervision team, contractor, design team and specialist suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Review architectural RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, samples, mock‑ups, technical proposals and as‑built drawings.
• Ensure the contractor maintains a detailed schedule for all architectural submissions, approvals, procurement and site activities.
• Monitor the submission programme, identify delayed items and coordinate with qualified suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate architectural matters with structural, civil, MEP, landscape, façade and other disciplines to resolve interface and constructability issues.
• Lead technical and progress meetings, track actions to closure and provide regular reports to the Site Line Manager.
• Document and communicate all technical decisions, instructions and approvals through approved project channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in building projects.
• Proven experience in site supervision and construction‑stage architectural coordination.
