Senior Architect – Railway

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design coordination and BIM integration for the Hafeet Railway Project. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate, constructible designs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design coordination and BIM integration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage and coordinate BIM models using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Coordinate architectural interfaces with civil, structural, MEP, and specialist engineering disciplines.
• Review technical drawings, design deliverables, and IFC documentation for accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
• Identify and resolve design clashes and technical interface issues.
• Monitor project deliverables against milestones and ensure compliance with codes and specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 8–10 years of architectural design and coordination experience.
• Strong experience in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary design management.
• Experience on large‑scale infrastructure, transportation, or railway projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
