Emiratization Trainee Program - Commissioning, Project Engineering and Project Management

About the role

HITACHI ENERGY SYSTEMS LLC is offering an Emiratization Trainee Program in Abu Dhabi within its Administration & Facilities function. The program covers three areas: commissioning engineering, project engineering and project management. It is a full-time, on-site role open to fresh engineering graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Commissioning engineering: support commissioning and start-up of energy projects, assist with equipment testing, inspections, troubleshooting and system verification, review drawings and manuals, prepare reports and checklists.
• Project engineering: help prepare and review engineering designs and technical documentation, assist with calculations and design reviews, contribute to technical submissions and project deliverables.
• Project management: assist with planning, scheduling and progress monitoring, support reporting, risk tracking and cost monitoring, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and attend engineering review meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and calculations, and of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with project lifecycle concepts.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
