Senior Architect – Real Estate Development

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Architect to join our Real Estate Development team in Dubai. The role involves leading architectural design and project development from concept creation through construction and handover for residential, commercial, and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and project development from concept to construction and handover for residential, commercial and mixed‑use developments.
• Coordinate consultants and contractors, secure authority approvals, conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with UAE regulations, quality standards, budgets and timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 10–12 years of UAE experience in real estate development, consultancy and construction.
• Valid G+12/Unlimited Dubai Municipality Approval Permit and active membership of the Society of Engineers (SOE), UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approvals, UAE building regulations and project coordination.
