Senior Architect – Revit (Dubai)

About the role

We are hiring a Senior Architect for a leading Architectural Engineering & Consulting Firm in Dubai. The role requires an experienced and technically strong architect with proven Dubai project experience, strong Revit expertise, and hands‑on experience on high‑rise and large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept design through detailed design and execution.
• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and design presentations.
• Prepare and review detailed Revit models and architectural drawings.
• Coordinate designs with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.
• Manage documentation, design development, and construction packages.
• Review drawings to ensure technical accuracy and design quality.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and monitor architectural works during execution.
• Mentor junior architects and design team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 8–12+ years of professional architectural experience, including mandatory Dubai project experience.
• Proven experience on high‑rise residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed‑use or large‑scale developments.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, detailing, documentation, and construction standards.
• Portfolio demonstrating design development and project execution.
