Senior Architect (Telugu Speaker)

About the role

A reputable organisation in the construction and real estate sector is looking for a Senior Architect in Dubai to lead design development and deliver projects successfully from concept through construction, keeping design quality and compliance. The position is full time and immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to completion
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications and 3D models
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants and contractors
• Ensure design integrity during construction and conduct site inspections
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design standards and regulations

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
• 6-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management within the UAE
• Preferred: experience in large-scale construction projects and knowledge of local authority regulations

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp, and other design tools
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and design accuracy
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
