Senior Architectural & Interior Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architectural & Interior Designer to deliver high‑end residential, private residential and hospitality projects from concept through implementation. The role requires hands‑on design ability across architecture and interiors, strong technical detailing, and the confidence to manage design packages and client requirements with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts, presentations and design packages through to implementation.
• Produce and review layouts, drawings, details, material selections, finishes and FF&E proposals.
• Coordinate technical design across disciplines and review work from external architects, interior designers and specialist consultants.
• Present proposals to clients, explain design decisions and respond to evolving requirements.
• Manage design approvals, changes and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Review construction and shop drawings, respond to design queries and resolve issues with contractors and site teams.
• Maintain design quality while considering project timelines, budgets and practical construction requirements.
• Guide junior designers and review their work where required.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in architecture, interior design or a closely related field, with demonstrated work across both architecture and interiors.
• Strong portfolio of high‑end luxury residential, private residential, hospitality or similarly design‑led projects.
• Experience taking projects from concept through design development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of technical detailing, materials, FF&E, finishes and construction coordination.
• Ability to own design packages and make sound decisions independently.
• Excellent presentation, communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC or a comparable international luxury market is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and 3D rendering tools.
