Senior Associate – Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Specialist

About the role

The Senior Associate – BOQ role is responsible for producing accurate Bills of Quantities and cost estimates that align with design specifications and ad‑hoc project requirements. The position supports the design team, ensures compliance with Americana standards, and contributes to special projects that demand detailed reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Produce BOQs according to the Design team’s requirements.
• Generate high‑level and detailed cost estimates based on project specifications.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain Americana standards throughout the BOQ process.
• Collaborate on special projects that require focused attention and reporting.
• Deliver quality NSO BOQs that meet target benchmarks.
• Deliver quality remodel BOQs that meet target benchmarks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 6–8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in retail or F&B brands.
• Strong ability to read architectural drawings and solid knowledge of civil/ID specifications, MEP systems, AutoCAD, and local authority requirements.
